Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim provided an update on the team's injury situation ahead of their upcoming match. "Leny Yoro is training, but it's just for fitness," Amorim said. The French defender has been recovering from a fractured metatarsal sustained during pre-season. Despite his recent return to training, Yoro is not yet match-ready.
On a more positive note, Amorim confirmed that Lisandro Martinez is expected to be available for tomorrow's game. The Argentine defender had to withdraw from the Argentina squad during the international break due to hip and back issues.
However, Amorim also noted that Harry Maguire is back in training but not ready to play tomorrow. Maguire has been sidelined with a calf problem since the goalless draw against Aston Villa.
Manchester United is set to play against Bodø/Glimt in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Old Trafford
