Scott McTominay has shared his thoughts on leaving Manchester United, where he spent over two decades, saying, “I took it, I didn't look back, it didn't take me long to make the decision.” He explained further, “I knew that was what I wanted, and I'll never have any regrets in my life. It was a mutual decision for all of us, I’m enjoying it at Napoli,” during an interview with the BBC.

The Scotland international joined Napoli in August 2024, securing a transfer deal worth £25 million. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in his football career after years of loyalty to Manchester United.

During his time with the Red Devils, McTominay made 255 appearances across all competitions, contributing significantly with 29 goals. His tenure at Old Trafford showcased his versatility and commitment as a key figure in the squad.
