
Touré's coaching journey began in February 2021 when he joined Ukrainian Premier League club Olimpik Donetsk as an assistant manager. He departed the position after four months.
In June 2021, he was appointed as an assistant coach by Russian Premier League club Akhmat Grozny until June 2022, leaving the club on December 13, 2021. After a period of part-time coaching, Touré became an under-16 coach at Tottenham Hotspur's academy in August 2022.
In June 2023, he moved to Belgian club Standard Liège as assistant manager.
On November 3, 2023, Touré was named as assistant coach of the Saudi Arabia national team, joining the staff of his former manager at Manchester City, Roberto Mancini.
The UEFA Pro Licence is the highest coaching qualification available in European football, permitting holders to manage top-tier professional teams.
