Jesús Vallejo Ruled Out for Weeks with Injury as Real Madrid Exit Nears

Real Madrid defender Jesús Vallejo has sustained a muscle injury to the biceps femoris in his left thigh, sidelining him for several weeks. This development effectively concludes his tenure with the club, as his contract is set to expire in June 2025, and he is expected to depart as a free agent.
Vallejo, 28, has had limited involvement this season, accumulating only 11 minutes of playing time. Despite injuries to key defenders like Éder Militão and Dani Carvajal, manager Carlo Ancelotti has not included Vallejo in his plans, opting instead for other options, including academy players.

Since joining Real Madrid in 2015, Vallejo's career has included loan spells at Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Granada CF. His current injury precludes any further appearances for the club, marking the end of his time at the Santiago Bernabéu.
