Recall that during the 2023 presidential election, where Daddy Freeze supported younger candidates like Peter Obi and Omoyele Sowore, believing their leadership would resonate more with the youth. However, he has since emphasized the importance of supporting the elected government, noting that Tinubu’s victory could be beneficial for Nigerian youths and the nation as a whole.
Also, Daddy Freeze defended President Tinubu’s decision to remove the fuel subsidy, pointing out that similar stances had been taken by other political figures, including Peter Obi. He urged Nigerians to consider these viewpoints before raising objections.
