M.I Abaga recently sparked discussions with his comments on the ongoing debate between Kendrick Lamar and Drake's positions in the rap industry.
In a recent interview, M.I Abaga stated, "Kendrick wasn't in my top 10 before this moment... I don't see how objectively you can put Kendrick over Drake."
This remark has drawn attention, especially given a 2019 "official top ten list" that M.I Abaga had previously shared, which featured Kendrick Lamar. In his 2019 list, M.I Abaga ranked Jay-Z at number one, followed by Tupac Shakur, The Notorious B.I.G., Eminem, Nas, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake.
