Phil Foden was unavailable for Manchester City's Premier League match against Crystal Palace today due to an ankle injury he sustained in the previous game against Manchester United.
The injury prevented him from regaining full fitness in time, as confirmed by manager Pep Guardiola.
At halftime, the match at the Etihad Stadium was tied at 2-2. Crystal Palace took the lead with goals from Eberechi Eze and Chris Richards, but Manchester City responded through Kevin De Bruyne and Omar Marmoush.
The second half promises an exciting conclusion as both teams aim to secure the victory.
