Mikel Arteta reassured fans about Bukayo Saka's condition following Arsenal's dominant 4-0 victory over Ipswich Town on Sunday, April 20, 2025, in the Premier League. Arteta confirmed that Saka was in some discomfort after a reckless challenge from Ipswich defender Leif Davis, who was subsequently sent off for the incident.
“Bukayo Saka is in a bit of pain but thankfully it doesn’t look anything too serious,” Arteta stated. “He’s fine, it looks all good.”

Despite the concern surrounding Saka, Arsenal delivered a commanding performance. Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 14th minute, with Gabriel Martinelli adding a second shortly after. Ipswich's woes were compounded when Davis was sent off for a late tackle on Saka before halftime. Trossard then added a second goal in the 69th minute, and 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri completed the rout with a deflected effort in the 88th minute.

The result leaves Ipswich in a perilous position near the relegation zone, while Arsenal continues to fight for a top-four finish in the league.
