Crystal Palace Star and FA Cup Hero Eberechi Eze Weds Longtime Partner in Traditional Ceremony

Eberechi Eze, the standout midfielder for Crystal Palace and a recent FA Cup champion, has officially married his long-time partner, Izuthe Mulatto.

The couple, who began dating as teenagers, celebrated their union in a private ceremony on May 27, 2022, surrounded by close friends and family. Eze shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting a heartfelt photo captioned, “Love is patient, love is kind,” accompanied by a lock and heart emoji, symbolizing their enduring bond.  

Known for their preference for privacy, Eze and Mulatto have maintained a low profile throughout their relationship. Mulatto, in particular, has stepped back from social media to focus on their personal life. Despite their discretion, Eze has often expressed deep appreciation for his wife's unwavering support, crediting her as a significant influence in both his personal and professional life.  

Their wedding came shortly after Eze's remarkable performance in the 2024–25 FA Cup final, where his decisive goal secured Crystal Palace's historic 1–0 victory over Manchester City. This triumph marked the club's first major trophy in its 164-year history.
