Thibaut Courtois has been diagnosed with a muscle injury to the long adductor in his right leg, according to an official statement from Real Madrid.

The goalkeeper is expected to be sidelined for approximately 10 to 12 days, meaning he will not join the Belgium national football team squad during the upcoming international break.

Medical staff at Real Madrid will monitor his recovery closely in the coming days. If all goes well, he could return to action for Real’s match against Elche CF on November 23.
