Arsenal provide positive injury update on Martinelli ahead of Crystal Palace Game

Arsenal have been handed huge boost ahead of their mid week game against their London rivals.
It's understood that the Gunners will host Crystal Palace at the Emirates stadium on Thursday. The game is expected to kick off at 9pm GMT. 

Mikel Arteta side have turned their difficult season around with three victories in a row they have just conceded just one goal which was during their 3-1 against Chelsea on Boxing day.

Arsenal's hope of finishing the league in top four could be back on track given their recent results in the Premier League. 

The Gunners are currently nine points away from the top four position.

Ahead of the game against Palace, it's been confirmed that two players could be available for the game. 

Gabriel Magalhães has reportedly returned to full training after he recovered from Covid-19. It's been gathered that the Brazilian is available for selection for Thursday’s match against Roy Hodgson side. 

While midfielder, Thomas Partey has also recovered from an injury to the left thigh. Recall that he has been out of action since December 5.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have also give update on 20 years old turned his right ankle during the warm-up against Newcastle United on Saturday. He was replaced by Reiss Nelson for the FA Cup game which Arsenal won 2-0.

Its now been confirmed that the injury isn't as serious as it looked on the first sight. Gabi is expected to return to full training with the squad in the next few days.
