Just In: Governor Aregbesola Loses His Mother, Mama Olobi

The Governor of Osun state Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has lost his mum Alhaja Sarat Aregbesola , aka, Mama Olóbì.

It was gathered that she died today , August 1, 2017.

The late trader reportedly died in the governor’s hometown of Ilesha.

She will be buried later during the day according to Islamic rites.

There is no official statement from the government yet, but  Governor Aregbesola’s official page
@raufaregbesola tweeted few minutes ago on Twitter:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.”

In Arabic statement translates to “ We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.”
