Despite the Blues slow start to the EPL Frank Lampard is confident that Chelsea can defend their title.
Former Chelsea star Lampard believes the Blues will still win the Premier League title with key man Eden Hazard set to return from an ankle injury in the coming months.
Asked where Chelsea will finish in the title race, Lampard told Arsenal Fan TV: “Chelsea.
“I think Chelsea are going to sign a couple of players. If Hazard gets fit and firing then they’ve got the best set-up.
“They’re organised and the back three are brilliant. They defend better than anyone.”
Chelsea Lost their opening game at the Stamford Bridge 2-3 as Gray Cahill and Cesc Fabregas saw red. But bounced back against Tottenham to win 1-2 at Wembley.
