Hamilton Wins Fourth Formula 1 Championship

Lewis Hamilton has emerged the winner of the 2017 Formula 1 championship despite coming ninth in Mexico.

The Red Bull driver, Max Verstappen came first in the race with 25 points. While Sebastian Vettel who came fourth got as his rival Hamilton made the top ten but was enough to see him lift the title for the fourth time. 

Finishing ninth was enough for Luis who finish the season with 333 points with Vettel in second with 277 points. 

Hamilton said after the race: "Mercedes have been incredible for the past five years"

"Wow! A big thank you to everyone who came out to support today"
