Robert Lewandowski flick neat the goal keeper as Bayern took a 0-2 lead just before half time.
In the second, David Alaba added the third in the 67th minutes.
Marc Bartra got on the score Sheet for Dortmund in the 88th minutes to pull one back but Bayern held on to a 1-3 at the end of 90 minutes
