İstanbul Başakşehir Futbol Kulübü has officially announced the signing of Arda Turan from Barcelona.
The Turkish and ex Atletico Madrid player has signed on a two-and-a-half-year loan.
Recall that The 30-year-old joined Barcelona from rivals Atletico Madrid in 2015 for a fee of £29m.
