Following the approval of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), President Muhammadu Buhari @MBuhari today in Abuja signed the Instruments of Ratification of the Bilateral Air Services Agreements (BASA) between the Govt of Nigeria and the Governments of Algeria; Congo; China; Qatar and Singapore.
