Ligue 1 side, Angers SCO have announced that coach Stéphane Moulin has signed a one-year contract extension, until 2020.
Angers SCO currently sit in 17th place on the Ligue 1 Conforama table and, with just 28 points.
The club's directors have opted for a show of faith in coach Stéphane Moulin, signing him to a one-year extension that will keep him at the club through to June 2020.
Moulin has been at the club for seven seasons, bringing the club back to Ligue 1 in 2015 after 21 years outside France's top flight.
"In Europe's leagues, only Arsène Wenger has been in his current position longer than Moulin," the club stated in the communiqué announcing the extension, with club president Saïd Chabane underlining the commitment to Moulin. "Stéphane Moulin is the man for the job here and we want to continue achieveing great things with him here, starting with working together to secure our top-flight survival.
