New Arsenal signing Papastathopoulos resumes training days after signing

Sokratis Papastathopoulos has been hard at work in the gym after completing his move from Borussia Dortmund to Arsenal.

The Greek centre-back joined the Gunners on a long-term deal for an undisclosed fee yesterday.

The 30-year-old has already undergone tests with the Arsenal physio team, taking part in drills alongside new team-mates Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

Aaron Ramsey and Hector Bellerin looked in high spirits when the Gunners finally took to the training pitch, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Ainsley-Maitland Niles were also spotted at London Colney.
