Maurizio Sarri has revealed he is not happy with Willian and will seek crunch talks with the Chelsea star following his training no-show.
Willian has failed to return to training after being called back on Friday
The Brazil international has been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer.
Real Madrid are the latest club interested, with Barcelona and Manchester United also reportedly keen.
Starsport understands the Blues rejected a £65m offer from Barca - who moved on to compatriot Malcom afterwards.
Jose Mourinho is also keen on the forward to solve his right-wing problem and knows all about the player having coached him whilst in charge of Chelsea.
The 29-year-old was ordered to return to training on Friday but failed to show up.
It has since been revealed that a passport issue has held him up in Brazil - but Sarri is not convinced.
When asked about whether or not he is frustrated by the issue, he said: "I want to speak to him before I answer these questions.
"I don’t know. I want to speak to him.
"I am not happy about the situation but before answering I would like to talk to him."
