Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has posed with his Manchester United backroom staff for the first time as he and his players boarded a flight to Cardiff for his debut game in charge.
The club legend replaced Jose Mourinho on Tuesday after he was sacked following a poor start to the season and high-profile fallouts with key players.
And the Solskjaer reign has begun in earnest as he looks to reignite United's flailing campaign and their bid for a top four finish.
The Norwegian was pictured alongside Emilio Alvarez, Michael Carrick, Mike Phelan and Kieran McKenna at the club's AON training complex on Friday.
Alvarez remains as goalkeeping coach and Phelan returns to the club as assistant manager, a role he last fulfilled under Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013.
Paul Pogba was among the players pictured boarding a private jet on Friday afternoon on the way to the south of Wales.
Solskjaer is returning to the scene of his first managerial job in the Premier League, where he was unable to save Cardiff from relegation in 2014.
He will be looking for his players to bounce back from the disappointment of a demoralising 3-1 defeat by Liverpool last weekend, that signaled the end for Mourinho.
United sit 11 points off fourth-placed Chelsea with just over half of the season left to play.
