The Bundesliga champions are interested in signing the England youngster and have made a fourth bid of £35million to Chelsea.
The winger has refused to commit himself to Maurizio Sarri’s side due to concerns over his lack of playing time in the first team.
The 18-year-old currently has 18 months left on his current deal with Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri said on Monday that he does not want Hudson-Odoi to join Bayern Munich but to stay at Stamford Bridge.
“I don’t think so, because Hudson-Odoi is an English player, he’s very young,” Sarri told reporters at Cobham Training Centre ahead of Chelsea’s Carabao Cup semi-final first leg tie with Tottenham.
“He has the future and I think he has a very great future here, with the national team and with Chelsea. I think to stay here is better for him.
“I know, for me, he is a very important player. He’s young, but he’s improving. He played really well in the last match.”
