Sanchez has only netted four goals for Manchester United since leaving Arsenal last January, swapping places with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
But the Chilean scored at the Emirates on Friday night to help dump his former club out of the FA Cup.
And after receiving a wealth of boos from Arsenal fans, Sanchez appears to have hit back via Instagram.
The attacker's two dogs, Atom and Humber, have their own social media account - and via that account a mock movie poster was posted, with Sanchez's head superimposed onto the main character.
"He came back to play the piano," read the strapline, in reference to the welcome video Sanchez appeared in for his unveiling as a United player 12 months ago.
"They faced the music. I am back," it continued.
