On Android devices, once you log in with your gmail account and set the function to “Sync Contacts”, it automatically uploads all the contacts that have been saved to the gmail account to the phone, no matter what. It’s so easy to do that on Android but not easy to get all those contacts uploaded to iPhone without help from someone or us. Since we are all used to learning new things on this blog, let’s get started with this tutorial as soon as possible.
Go to the iPhone Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add CardDAV Account (CONTACTS).
On the next window, you should see a form that needs filling, fill it as follows;
Username: Your email address, e.g, reportminds@gmail.com
Password: Your email password
Description: Personal Contacts
After doing all that, simply click Next and it should login and check your iPhone’s contacts, you will see all the contacts saved on your email appear on your contact list.
