Design & Display

Infinix Hot 6
You’ll be happy to know that much has changed in the aesthetics, a welcomed change for most buyers. With the trend of slimmer bezels and more screen rather than size increment – the Hot 6 models are going to sweep people who are considering to buy a worthy device among the ample out there.
Coming in a full plastic build seems to be the major turn off, I feel something metallic would have been a perfect fit in hands.
Unlike the Infinix Hot 5, the camera is placed horizontally with the LED-flash. You may have seen pictures of the device with dual cameras, unfortunately only the Pro integrates it. The fingerprint is marked by the circle on the back.
On the sides, the volume rockers and power buttons position remain unchanged. With a matte finish and different colors of Bordeaux Red, City Blue, Magic Gold and Sandstone black, you have enough options to suit your savor.

Camera

To get the camera confusion out of the way, only the Hot 6 Pro features the combo of a dual-camera at 13MP+2MP plus LED-flash on the rear. While the others feature a 13MP camera with a single LED-flash.
Flipping the camera to the front, Infinix has done justice to the front as the Hot 6 and the Lite includes an 8MP camera with flash, while a 5MP is spotted on the Pro. This settles the scores of the unfair camera advantage the Pro possess.

Software X Hardware X Performance

It’s such a shame that the CPU speed of the smartphone is clocked at 1.4GHz, considering a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC sits as processor. Adreno 308 GPU supports graphics on the device.
The RAM of each variant varies, which I’ve clearly laid out in the specs category above.

Battery

Some people measure a phone’s worth by its battery capacity. For some a deal breaker? For me? Well, don’t just ask cause I’m a perfectionist at heart. But that’s me digressing from the topic.
So here:
The battery department sports a 4000mAh non-removalbe Li-Ion battery. It doesn’t end there, a quick charging technology (Quick charge 2.0) is present.
Although we are yet to test the quick charge ourselves, some reviews speculate a 0 – 100 percent in less than 2 hours.
