The Compton rapper stars in the Get Smooth campaign advertising easy payment methods for buyers in Europe.
Equipped with his laid-back persona the 47-year-old takes on a new image as Smooth Dogg, who epitomises Klarna's promise of smooth and easy payments.
Snoop Dogg has also become a minority shareholder in the company which offers a buy-now-pay-later service to its customers.
Speaking to Forbes magazine, Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, said: "I've been doing business in Europe for years with fashion brands, telecommunication companies, and more.
"I've endorsed them, advised them, and now I'm looking to invest in them. I plan to keep growing the portfolio, ya dig?"
The marketing campaign also features Snoop and a flock of equally suave Afghan hounds strutting in fur coats as he models a rack of pink diamond rings that spell out his new name.
In the past Snoop has adopted different names including Snoop Lion – a tribute to the rapper's Rastafarian roots.
Recall that The rap legend has proved to be a Jack of all trades as he recently secured his place on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in November 2018.
