Arsenal fitness coach Masach decided to put in the hard work and pump out the press-ups ahead of the trip to Manchester.

The Gunners will face Manchester City today.

Likes of Nacho Monreal, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette were amused as the fitness coach do the press ups.
