Barcelona squad arrive Madrid ahead of El Clasico

Barcelona have arrived in Madrid as they prepare for Wednesday night's El Clasico Copa del Rey clash at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid host their bitter rivals in the second leg of their  semi-final and Lionel Messi and Co were filmed leaving their plane after touching down in the Spanish capital earlier in the day.

Santiago Solari's side have a slight advantage, having drawn 1-1 at the Nou Camp, and the winners will go on to play either Valencia or Real Betis in the final.

Luis Suarez was clutching a 'Mate' tea flask, his usual choice of beverage ahead of a big game. He was followed out of the plane by Messi as they made their way onto a bus before heading inside the airport.

The likes of Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and Sergio Busquets were also seen leaving their plane in glorious conditions.

Barcelona were boosted by the return to fitness of both Arthur and Jasper Cillessen on Tuesday. The squad trained for the final time before the game and both took part before being given the all clear from the medical staff.

This is the second of three Clasico fixtures in less than a month and the third will take place just 72 hours after the conclusion of this one. They meet again in La Liga on Saturday.

Valverde's side are seven points clear at the top of La Liga with Atletico Madrid immediately behind them and Real in third place.
