Christiana Milan will not be facing criminal charges

The singer  was allegedly involved in an altercation with a bar bouncer in Downtown Los Angeles last October.

And Christina Milian has received an informal ticking off over the incident.

The 37-year-old singer is not facing criminal charges, according to TMZ on Sunday, but will have to meet with the City Attorney in person.

The L.A. City Attorney's Office told the publication that it reviewed the case and decided not to bring charges against the actress after the alleged scuffle at the Hotel Figueroa, close to the Staples Center.

The AM to PM hitmaker will reportedly attend an informal meeting with the City Attorney to discuss the incident and ways she can avoid similar issues in the future.

At the time, TMZ reported that Milian was out with a group of women, including WAGs star Nicole Williams and hit up the Figueroa Hotel after attending a Bruno Mars concert nearby.

According to multiple Witnesses, they were trying to get to the bar off the lobby, but the bouncer threw up a partial stop sign. Another witness told them that Christina threw a drink at the bouncer after she was blocked but others including Nicole, were let in.

Christina's camp denied that the star threw a drink and explained to TMZ that the hotel manager told the group they could enter the bar and the bouncer started getting aggressive towards them.

The beauty is mom to 8-year-old daughter Violet, whom she shares with ex-husband The-Dream.

The two first started dating in February 2009 and eloped at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas in June of that year.

Their relationship was short-lived, though, and the couple separated six months later in December, prior to their daughter's birth in February of 2010. Christina and The-Dream finalized their divorce in 2011.

Most recently, the Grandfathered star has been dating French singer M. Pokora since August 2017.
