The singer chose a cream satin gown that hugged her curves for the party, which followed the annual music extravaganza.
Her spaghetti strap dress, with a colourful floral print, featured an unusual snakeskin ribbon detail and lace up strings at the bust.
Paris wore her hair in loose curls and opted for a subtle make-up look but added a pop of colour with purple eyeshadow.
She added a beaded necklace with a purple tassel to her elegant dress and wore a set of mis-matched bohemian bracelets on her wrist.
