The Unified world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua pushed himself to the limit with a jaw-dropping workout. 


Joshua trained his jaw with a 20kg weight. The Nigerian / British born boxer is set to face Jarrell Miller in April.

There was more to Joshua's intense workout as he then went swimming, helping to build up his power even further. 


Joshua, who holds the IBF, WBA (Super) and WBO titles, defeated Alexander Povetkin at Wembley last September in his most recent fight.

Attention is now focused on Joshua's next bout, and a heavyweight showdown with Jarrell Miller could be announced next week.


Although he was scheduled to fight at Wembley on April 13, Joshua has so far been unable to persuade Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury or Dillian Whyte to be his opponent on that date.

Joshua is eager to ensure that he will be in the best possible condition for his next fight

Instead, Joshua could fight in the US for the first time, possibly against Miller at Madison Square Garden in New York in June. 


The two camps have held frequent and fruitful discussions regarding a possible fight. Miller's last fight saw him beat Bogdan Dinu, of Romania, in November. 


Miller claimed this week that there is a 50-50 chance of either him or Whyte facing Joshua.
