During Chelsea training routine, Callum Hudson-Odoi got a ribbing after losing an agility test.
Recall that the Blues recovered from their 6-0 defeat at the Etihad – their heaviest defeat in the Premier League era – with a narrow win away at Malmo in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Chelsea turn to Manchester United clash in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Monday night.
While one training during the week Hudson-Odoi took on Ethan Ampadu in an agility test, although surprisingly the winger was a little slow off the mark.
The players had to switch off lights that turned on at random around them, and the Welsh defender-cum-midfielder finished several seconds ahead of Hudson-Odoi.
And Ampadu revelled in his victory afterwards, turning to the camera and saying: ‘Did you see how slow he was?’
He then gestured to Hudson-Odoi and told him to ‘hurry up, man’ before giving him a cheeky pat on the head. They pair then had a rematch, though it wasn’t shown who emerged the victor.
Elsewhere, Willian took on Jorginho – with the Brazilian coming out on top – while Emerson got one over David Luiz.
Hudson-Odoi, who came close to leaving Chelsea in January amid interest from Bayern Munich, was surprisingly left out of the starting XI yet again for the trip to Malmo, only coming on as a substitute in the 84th minute.
