Those not on international duty in the past fortnight were included in the 23-man squad - which also included Danny Welbeck, Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin - for a mid-season warm weather training camp in Dubai.
Midfielder Aaron Ramsey was forced to leave the Wales camp with a thigh problem which saw him miss the friendly against Trinidad and Tobago and the Euro 2020 qualification win over Slovakia.
There are reports that the injury is not believed to be too serious and the north London outfit are hopeful the no.8 will be available for the clash at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night.
Defenders Sokratis and Sead Kolasinac had also been nursing injuries. The Greek centre-back missed his nation's game with Liechtenstein and the left-wing back sat out Bosnia's 2-1 win against Armenia.
But the good news for Emery ahead of the meeting with Rafa Benitez's side is that both returned for their respective nations last night - ironically against each other - as Greece came from two down to secure a 2-2 draw against Bosnia.
The one remaining injury concern for Emery is Nacho Monreal.
He missed the trip to Dubai, although the club have confirmed it was due to a precaution over a calf problem and there's hope he will be fine to face the Magpies.
