Arsenal loanee David Ospina has been rushed to hospital after suffering a blow to the head during Napoli's Serie A encounter with Udinese on Sunday.
The 30-year-old was caught on the head following a collision with Udinese winger Ignacio Pussetto in the first half, leaving a cut on his forehead in the seventh minute.
The Colombian goalkeeper received treatment immediately after the nasty clash and was able to play.
Following the treatment, Ospina went on to concede twice before fainting on the pitch without anyone around him in the 44th minute, prompting his worried Napoli team-mates to call for the stretcher.
The goalkeeper was tended to immediately again before being driven off the pitch on a stretcher and rushed to a nearby hospital.
Alex Meret came on to replace Ospina before the break. Napoli went on to win the game 4-2.
