Recall that the Oyo State government last year demolished the Music House, a building owned by a popular Juju musician, Yinka Ayefele and Yinka Ayefele took to Instagram to thank Governor Ajimobi for rebuilding his music house, a year after it was demolished by the Oyo State Government. Yinka Ayefele who shared a photo of the music house which was rebuilt by the Oyo State Governor, thanked Governor Ajimobi.
He wrote: “Thanks Sir, we appreciate you”.
Yinka Ayefele has now taken to his Instagram page to show inside of his newly built ‘Fresh FM Studio’ located in Ibadan, with caption: “Moving forward……. The New Fresh FM studio”.

The building which Ayefele claimed was worth about 800 million Naira was demolished on August 19, 2018.
The building, christened “Music House”, was marked for demolition because some part of it were not approved. The demolition notice, was pasted on the structure located along Ibadan-Lagos expressway on the order of the Oyo State Government.
The notice gave the owner of the building three days to vacate the building and remove the structure or risk its removal by the government.
Before the building got demolished, the edifice had in its belly, two magnificent halls, an internet radio station, a standard studio and several offices. It also provided job for about 100 people and that placed it among top employers of labor in Oyo State.

Yinka Ayefele is a Nigerian music producer and gospel singer, he began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident which damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
While in the hospital after spending about 9 months, his friend, Kola Olootu visited and advised him to put some songs together. This suggestion resulted in the release of his debut album titled, Bitter Experience in 1998 which brought him into the limelight.
Yinka Ayefele, who is a successful Yoruba gospel singer, remembered the life-changing incident on his Instagram page on, Tuesday, December 12, 2017. The singer shared a picture collage of his crushed car and him before the accident. “Exactly 20years Today, 12th of December 1997 MY TURNING POINT ……………….
