Erik ten Hag's side finish three points ahead of PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie as they completed a domestic double after winning the KNVB Cup at the weekend.
Matthijs de Ligt, Frenkie de Jong and Donny van de Beek all played at the Stadion De Vijverberg in what could be a final Ajaxappearance for all three players.
