Upon Thursday's visit, Mourinho bumped into an old colleague in the form Steve Atkins.
Atkins who works as Chelsea's Director of Communications and Public Affairs enjoyed a chat with Mourinho before they went their separate ways.
Mourinho is currently without a job following his sacking as Manchester United manager in December.
The Portuguese, who has stated his desire to return to management this summer, has been linked with Juventus following Massimiliano Allegri's announcement that he will leave the club.
