Man City reacts as Mahrez win 2019 AFCON with Algeria

Manchester City hails Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez after he guided the Desert Foxes to their second AFCON title. 

Algeria beat Senegal 2 vs 0 to win the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. 

Bounedjah scored in the second minutes and the Desert Foxes held on despite pressure from Senegal to win the cup for the second time after 29 years. 

Mahrez was instrumental to his side after he scored a 95th minute free kick in the semi final against Nigeria.
