Daytime television queen, Wendy Williams, is executive producing her own biopic for the network, Lifetime.
"The authorized project provides a revealing look at Wendy's journey, from her scrappy upstart days in urban radio to the success of her own syndicated talk show. Despite all the naysayers and obstacles Wendy encountered throughout her life, her strength and determination have allowed her to thrive," the Lifetime press release reads.
Leigh Davenport is penning the script and there is not yet a release date for the show but it will be some time next year and Will Packer Media is the production company behind the upcoming biopic.
The biopic will chronicle the highs and lows of Wendy's personal life and career. It's the biopic that we have all been waiting for and with Wendy executive producing - we know that it's all going to be factual!
