The user tweeted "I'll travel to Dubai next year. Speaking into existence." on August 4. However, Patoranking responded to the tweet today and assured the lady of an all-expense paid trip to Dubai if she has a visa. He tweeted "You don’t have to wait till next year...if you have a valid passport let me know you can travel anytime...all expenses paid."
