Sporting CP have confirmed they've sold Felix Correia to Manchester City.
The 18 year-old attacker moves to City for a fee of £3.5m.
Correia has previously been linked with Juventus and Barcelona. The 18-year-old is a Portuguese U21 international.
Sporting confirmed:
