CHAN Eagles return to Nigeria heading out to Senegal for WAFU Cup

Super Eagles B, on Tuesday touched down Abuja from Lome, after their first-leg second round Africa Nations Championship qualifying fixture against Togo’s Sparrowhawks.

The Eagles lost 1-4 and are back in the country to begin preparations for the second-leg which they must win convincingly.

In between, the home based Super Eagles will travel to Senegal to participate in the 2019 West African Football Union tournament between September 28 and October 13.

They will return from the WAFU cup to prosecute the second-leg of the CHAN qualifier against Togo on October 19.

The team led by Coach Imama Amapakabo must score three unreplied goals to qualify for the 2020 Africa Nations Championship.
