Lacazette to miss Watford clash, medical team says he needs rest

Arsenal have been dealt an injury blow to striker Alexander Lacazette.




The French is expected to miss the Sunday's trip to Watford due to an ankle injury but has been advised to rest. 

Meanwhile, Kieran Tierney, Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin are in training but yet to make a come back as no return date has been set. 





Here’s a further update to from Arsenal's website team news ahead of the weekend's match:

Alex Lacazette
Left ankle. After assessments to an ongoing ankle issue, we have advised that Alex will need to rest and strengthen his ankle to regain full fitness. Alex has been playing through this injury for several weeks. He is likely to be back in action in October.

Rob Holding
Now back in full training.

Dinos Mavropanos
Now back in full training.

Hector Bellerin
Now back in full training.

Kieran Tierney
Now back in full training.
