Rob Holding has joked that Calum Chambers was 'sad' that he found himself a girlfriend – but his good friend at Arsenal is 'finally over it'.
The 24-year-old was asked a series of fans questions over on his Ask Me Anything thread on Reddit, where users were able to dig deeper into his bromance with Chambers.
While several users probed about his career in and outside of football, many questions revolved around his best mate at the club.
One asked about how his new love interest affected Chambers, which Holding replied to in comical fashion.
The Gunners star was asked: 'How did Calum Chambers react when you told him you've got a girlfriend and he's no longer your first priority?'
To which he hilariously replied: 'He was sad at first, but i think he is finally over it. Hahaha.'
The centre back is currently dating Instagram model and UNLV Rebels left-back Paige Almendariz, with the pair meeting while Holding was on holiday in the United States last summer.
