Marco Silva gives Update on Andre Gomes horrible injury

Marco Silva has issued a statement following the injury sustained by Andre Gomes. 

Recall that Gomes suffered a terrible injury after he was tackled by Heung Mi Son.

Tottenham were leading by a goal scored by Dele Alli. 

After the game was restarted by the ref, Son was sent off and Gomes was stretched off. 

Cenk Tosun came from the bench to head the equaliser.
