Sergio Ramos has dedicated his goal against Eibar to a young Real Madrid fan who was forced to stop playing football due to medical complications with his eye.
The Los Blancos captain replied to the boy's sister on Twitter, stating that his penalty at Ipurua on Saturday was for him.
"Jesus, I dedicate my goal to you and send you all my support," Ramos wrote.
"Don't let your head drop, recover well and never lose enthusiasm.
"There's a lot more to life than football.
"A big hug, defensive partner."
