Rising Barcelona star Ansu Fati became the youngest ever scorer in the Champions League at 17 years and 40 days, when he beat Inter Milan keeper Handanovic from distance to make it 1-2 to Barcelona in the 86th minute of Tuesday evening's Champions League match.
Ansu Fati's goal destroyed Inter's faint hopes of a comeback that would have given them the chance of a place in the last 16 in the Champions League.
In his first season with the Barcelona first team Ansu Fati has now played for 413 minutes, scored three goals and set up one.
The previous youngest goal scorer in the Champions League was Peter Ofori-Quaye, who scored for Olympiacos when 17 years and 195 days old.
