Anthony Joshua is the latest Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the world (again, you may add) as he took his much anticipated and publicized revenge on Andy Ruiz Jr. by defeating the Mexican-American by unanimous decision, yesterday, Saturday, December 7, 2019, to reclaim his WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO titles.
The rematch held in Saudi Arabia went the whole 12 rounds; a testament to the mettle and stamina of both fighters (regardless the physical shape of Ruiz), and it totally lived up to its billing.
As well expected, the Nigerian British-born boxer has been trending on social media, with hundreds of thousands of comments flooding every single hashtag created for the epic battle between him and Ruiz Jr.
However, veteran Nollywood actress, screenwriter and film maker, Uche Jombo took to social media as the fight progressed to lament the fact that no Nigerian media outlet had deemed it fit to air the fight live in the country. She tweeted:

Other users were quick to follow suit too as soon as Joshua was confirmed the winner and two-time World Champion, with some even jokingly insinuating he must have resorted to Nigerian Juju to defeat Ruiz Jr.
