Chelsea have completed the signing of PSG sensation Kays Ruiz-Atil.
Chelsea have been linked with the promising youngster for a couple of months and they've finally landed their man.
Ruiz-Atil is a highly rated youngster who is being courted by top European teams but Chelsea's sports director Claude Makelele was able to pull off a deal as a result of his close ties with the French club.
Ruiz-Atil isn't expected to play in the first team just yet, he's expected to be loaned out to aid his development and could come in handy in a couple of years.
