Nollywood actress and former Big Brother Naija star, Ifu Ennada has vowed to take up the daily bills of the family of her ex-boyfriend who died in 2016.
According to the Ex bbnaija, her ex-boyfriend whose name is Ed Ace, a photographer, allegedly died “due to botched appendicitis surgery done by LUTH Doctors.”
In a tribute to her Ed Ace, Ifu Ennada described the late photographer as a bright star and angel, noting that she will never get over his death.
She recalled how her late boyfriend went an extra mile to borrow money for her so she could foot the expenses of her movie, “Tears of A Broken Virgin.”
As a way of paying him back, Ifu Ennada (real name, Iheme Faith Uloma) has revealed she has been sending money to Ed Ace’s mother.
Her words, “Ed (George) died due to botched appendicitis surgery done by LUTH Doctors. I was so mad at God when Ed didn’t come back to life. In my grief, I felt God will resurrect him because Ed was such an Angel. I went to his burial with a concealed joy in my heart because I thought God will bring back my darling Ed, but God didn’t.
“I prayed and cried and fasted and did all I could to beg God for dear Ed’s life, but God let him remain dead. I’m crying as I type this, I will never fully recover from George’s death (I preferred to call him George when He was alive.) He was such a bright star, he was an Angel.
“Few weeks before his death, I’d gone broke from producing my short film – Tears of A Broken Virgin, I was speaking to Ed about my situation not for him to loan me money, but just sharing with a friend and do you know what he did? He borrowed money from someone just to help me out of my situation. I didn’t even know he borrowed the money at the time…that was the kind of person Ed was. He would give up everything he had and go the extra mile just to make sure you’re alright.
“Ed is survived by his mother and very young siblings. Since God started blessing me financially I try to send her money every month and take care of some of their bills. I intend to be fully responsible for them pretty soon and make sure they never suffer because it’s what Ed would have done.
“Ed was taken from us before he even clocked 30, but he left a positive indelible mark in every life he touched. RIP my darling, George. I miss you forever.”
